Why Spirit Mind Body Balance

Why BALANCE?

Our lives are constantly changing and we have to rebalance all of the moving pieces.
Sometimes they are small changes and sometimes they are life-altering.
The more we revisit being balanced, the easier it is when things get crazy.


Why SPIRIT MIND BODY?

I believe that we are 3 parts. Spirit (or soul), mind, and body.
Often times we focus on one, maybe two, and give slight attention to the rest.
This focuses on all three because I believe they must all be given equal attention, otherwise we become imbalanced.



GREAT, one more think to focus on, overhaul, or try to change?

Nope.
Do what you can, where you are, with what you have. Go from there. *personal mantra*
This is about total balance, not a drastic change that is unlikely to be sustained over the long haul.
Also, I think most of the time change is about letting go; not holding on, gaining, or forcing.


Why this BLOG?

This is a place for me to expand on my ideas more than my social media accounts.
My life changed for the better when I began addressing all three of these areas equally and I want to help other people do the same.
